Royal Village is a resort located a step from the High Tatras, which offers a wide range of outdoor activities and comfortable accommodation. The client approached us with a clear assignment, namely the design and development of a website and, subsequently, a comprehensive coverage of marketing activities in the online space.

We started by identifying the resort’s core values, unique strengths, and last but not least, the brand itself in order to create a site that is consistent with the brand identity. The design itself looks simple and elegant.

The development process began with the creation of a responsive website that can adapt to different devices and screen sizes. The website was built using WordPress, which provides flexibility and scalability for future updates and improvements. One of the main goals was to make the booking process as simple and efficient as possible. To achieve this, the team integrated a booking tool that allows users to check availability, select their desired accommodation and make payments securely. The booking tool has been designed to be user-friendly and accessible from any page of the website, making it easy for visitors to quickly complete the booking process.

The website has also been optimized for search engines to improve its online visibility. The team implemented an SEO strategy that included keyword research, on-page optimization and link building. This helped the website rank higher on the search engine results pages, increasing organic traffic to the website.

Google Ads

To ensure the greatest possible number of direct bookings for stays, we recommended advertising via Google Ads network to the client. The secondary goal was to increase the visibility of the resort in the online space. And that’s thanks to a combination of text ads in search and ads in the Google Ads display network. The campaigns were aimed mainly at users living in larger cities who were actively looking for stays in the High Tatras.

The Google Ads campaigns were very successful, not only did they improve the visibility of the resort in the online space, we were also able to significantly increase website traffic and the number of direct bookings.

Social Media Management

In addition to a strong sales channel in the form of Google Ads, we also advised the client to improve presentation and visibility on social networks. After establishing the necessary accounts, we prepared a communication strategy and a plan of regular posts, which included promotional as well as educational posts. Thanks to which we achieved a significant increase in followers and high engagement of users on the Facebook platform.

In the end, we thus fulfilled all the client’s expectations and also the set goals. The proof of which is the long-term cooperation, which will soon start its third year.
