An apartment resort with incredible views of the High Tatras – Natur Resort was looking for someone who would take care of its corporate identity, website and communication. We do love to provide our clients with the complex solutions.

We love to take responsibility for designed solutions and even more love to turn them into a working machine. Due to the fact that we participated in the creation of the communication strategy, logo creation, design and development of the website, and finally also the setup and management of social networks and performance campaigns.

Logo Creation

A logo doesn’t have to and shouldn’t be complicated. First of all, it should be memorable, recognizable, and at first it must express what it represents. For Natur Resort’s communication purposes, we decided to use a simple typographic logo.

We subtly complemented this with the motif of a coniferous tree, which complements communication in an interesting way during different seasons. The color refers to the Tatra (slope) woods, which are one of the strong motifs of the smallest mountains in the world.

It needs a website that pleases the eye

The basis for every website of an accommodation facility is to highlight the advantages of the given facility. In this case, it was very clear in which direction the web design would go. The simple, clear structure is highlighted by photos that we had taken with very specific requirements so that the charm of the place stands out as much as possible.

Of course, we also needed to solve a number of other issues associated with such a website: responsive website version, deployment and optimization of the reservation system, GDPR data protection.

In addition, we also prepared content for the entire website based on the materials supplied by the client.

So that you can’t take your eyes off it

Not every project gets such fantastic views and a breathtaking environment. It would be reprehensible not to take advantage of it. Therefore, we decided not to point unnecessarily on elaborate graphics and rather let the resort and its surroundings invite guests to visit.

As part of communication on social networks and Google Ads, we have divided communication into image communication and sales communication – one affects the emotions of the user and his affection for the brand, the second offers him the opportunity to stay at a later stage. By combining suitable formats within social networks (Facebook, Instagram) and performance campaigns via Google Ads, we managed to achieve something that many hotels would envy – after three months of communication, the ratio of direct bookings to those from Booking reached 70% – 30% in favor direct bookings. Those who work in the accommodation business do not need more.
